Operations Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule delivery and confirm with delivery time frame and routeTrack driver and coordinate with the client for any variance and audit product delivery and service
provided
Ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products or servicesPaperwork audit and warranty claim follow-up.Assist with the management of daily operations, including coordinating with various departments
to ensure smooth operations
Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve operationsMaintain records of all business activities, including financial records, inventory, and customer
data
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivityCollaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or concernsRespond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerAssist with the management of vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and
managing delivery schedules
Provide support to the operations manager and team as neededOther duties that may assigned from time to time Qualifications: At least 1 year experience in overall Logistics and supporting operations teamAt least 1 year experience in Product WarrantiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsStrong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory
management
Proficiency in logistics software and technology platformsStrong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and
manage multiple projects simultaneously
