Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:Provide general assistance and care to patients undergoing medical treatment in hospitals.Communicate effectively with doctors and patients. Manage appointments, and collect basic information, medical reports, and other documents.Provide reportorial, encoding, and online functions. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Duties:Provide airport pick-up assistance to patients Provide hospital assistance Follow up and coordinate with company doctors Follow up and coordinate with the patients Encode and update database Book flights Encoding Operational Fees Encode/upload patients reimbursementsRequirements:People-orientedAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsWillingness to work extended hoursIndividuals with medical backgrounds are highly preferred Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
