Operations AssistantSummary The operations assistant role will be providing support to the operations manager and will be on top of the customer service. She will handle more complex tasks that require continued follow up and monitoring. In order to make the business run smoothly, she will project the best of knowledge and confidence in assisting the operations side, and establish constant communication with the operations manager by giving useful insights on a daily basis, discussing issues, and adding values to the business operations.Job DescriptionOperationsResponsible for monitoring of customer service activities and performanceGives insights of daily sales and activity to operations manager on a daily basis.Provide backup support for inbound calls. Process orders, top ups, and remittance transactions if needed.Responsible for handling concerns that need to be followed up on a daily basis or as necessary.Ensure the prompt and timely response for all online inquiries. Live chats, facebook and email inquiryProfessionally handle customers escalated concerns.DocumentationEnsure that customer basic documents are complete and up to date.Reconcile customer documents and verify that all details and documents presented satisfy the compliance requirements. This includes the basic KYC, Enhanced due diligence documents and customer risk profile reports.Collect reports from Shopify online store and extract the basic information as required by the operations manager.Support ops manager in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.Monitor and coordinate outbound sales reports with the customer service and ensure that all sales initiatives are done and recorded properly.Sales and Marketing supportPreferably willing to do follow up sales calls if needed.Manage mailchimp and shopify email accounts by scheduling emails and updating customers databases.QualificationsBachelors degree required.At Least 2 years of experience in related fieldIndepth understanding of the entire MS Office suite and Google docsAdvance knowledge in MS Excel is a plus.Knowledge in content, social media and email marketing is a plus but not required.Excellent time management skills and ability to identify priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWellorganized, detailoriented, ability to multitask with great followup skillsHighly committed, disciplined and trustworthy.Must be willing to work on UK Hours
