JOB DESCRIPTION**

Summary of Functions

Handles the schedule of Drivers and offsite

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

**1.
Schedules of Personnel**

1.1 Handles the schedule and itinerary of all the Drivers

1.2 Handles the monthly schedule of offsite personnel.
This includes adjusting the schedule and coordinating with the client if there are any cancelations or change of schedule because of the emergencies

**Car Monitoring*

2.1 Responsible for monitoring all the company cars.
This includes the renewal of registration; maintenance; etc.
2.2 Responsible for scheduling the available company cars for the deliveries; meetings; etc.
**3*.
**Other Operational Works*

3.1 Responsible for collating all the Monitoring Sheets at given cut off

3.2 Responsible for encoding and updating all the Monitoring Sheets.
3.3 Will give assistance in encoding the Work Service Report

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
