Join us as an Operations Analyst at Tyger Brands, one of SEA's fastest-growing consumer brand startups! Tyger Brands incubates and accelerates global lifestyle brands that target digital-first upper-middle-class societies, fueling growth through Southeast Asia following a multi-channel DC2-first strategy. We currently operate three brands: dr-shiba.com, naminatural.com, and lygercoffee.com.
The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. The successful candidate will assist the COO in various tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder and COO to identify areas for process improvement within various departments. Streamline and enhance existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement standardized reporting templates and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments. Provide strategic recommendations to the management team based on data analysis and insights. Operations Controlling
Analyze cost data, including expenditures, budget variances, and cost drivers, to identify areas for cost optimization. Implement cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Project Management:
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to implement process improvements and achieve project objectives. Prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and track project progress to meet deadlines and deliverables. Process Documentation and Compliance:
Review existing processes in detail, identify areas for improvement, and document them in a structured and ISO 9001-compliant manner. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. Ad-hoc Projects and Analysis:
Engage in critical ad-hoc projects that have a significant impact on the organization's growth and success. Conduct detailed analysis of business operations, market trends, and customer behavior to support decision-making processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent project management abilities, including prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Nice to Have: Experience in operations analysis, process improvement, consumer goods, ISO9001 certification, or a similar role is a plus. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Work Set-up: Remote work with once a month office day in Makati
