Ability to supervise and manage large team and organization.- The key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Transformation Plan aligned with Client & business expectation at the Strategic, Tactical & Operations level- Design solution (Automation & Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated.- Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to create and enhance value to clients.- Coach, train and deploy human centered thinking based on Design thinking concepts- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree- 15 years of overall experience in relevant industries (Financial Services, Network, Utilities, Health Care, Marketing, Pharma, Retail etc.) - with hands on experience handling data driven decisions- Must have at least 6 years of experience in driving Transformation or Process Improvement- Must have at least 8 years of experience in Managerial role- Must be Six Sigma Black Belt Certified- Well aware of the different F&A domains - PTP, RTR, OTC, etc.- Experienced in handling projected based on different RPA Tools like: Ui-Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Pega, etc.
