Operation Supervisor

Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Assessment of opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met, if not exceeded.
- Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Implementation and assurance of compliance with Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area;
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food or Business Related course and with experience in the food industry.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and customer service skills
- To be assigned in our Quezon City Branch

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
