Operation Supervisor

Deputy Yard Manager supervises and coordinates the training of qualified personnel to ensure ongoing employee competency.
Evaluates and maintains appropriate staffing levels within the region.
Assists in the implementation of policies, procedures and monitoring of operational projects within the area of responsibility.
Assists in the development, implementation and tracking of department and regional plans and submits all required data and reports on time.
Manages and controls the use and care of all equipment, tools and facilities of Delwater Branches.
Conducts once a week Head Office Meeting:
a.
Staff meeting (Coordination Meeting w/ COO

b.
Meeting w/ C&C Department

c. Meeting w/ Material Management Department

Works with the sales team and client services to identify and resolve client issues relating to the services of the Company.
- **QUALIFICATIONS**_
- Graduate of any engineering or business related course
- With at least 5 years relevant experience
- Good in negotiation and processing of permits
- With leadership skills
- Willing to travel or be relocated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill

**Salary**: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
