Operation Manager - Real Estate

The General Manager role oversees the overall operations, management, and profitability of a Property in Iloilo.
The GM ensures that all aspects of the property run smoothly, and efficiently, and follow the company's standards and guest expectations.
This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, guest relations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the business goals and improve performance.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
Ensure that the property maintains high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the budget, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
Sales and Marketing:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and corporate partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Human Resources:
Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to perform their duties.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Health and Safety:
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the property is a safe environment
Implement and maintain emergency procedures and protocols.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.
Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience
• Solid experience in handling or managing a numerous property or real estate
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Amenable to work on-site in Iloilo


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
