Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.

To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.

Sales and Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Conducting market research on rival products.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
Sales and Marketing Executive Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for sales.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.

Strategic:

• Responsible for supporting the in developing and directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company
• Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the Board
• Maintaining an on-going, transparent dialogue with the MD to ensure the MD is kept up to date with day to day activities
• Maintaining an on-going, transparent dialogue with the Chair of the Board to ensure the Chair is kept abreast of exceptions that will impact the business
• Lead on the execution and further development of the shared vision and mission for the organization
• Ensuring appropriate operational planning and quality assurance control systems are in place and complied with
• Ensuring appropriate financial planning with control systems are in place and complied with
• Assuming full accountability to the MD for all company operations
• Be the driving force in identifying and developing new opportunities for the organization to sustain growth
• Make provision for the development and management of the organization's technological infrastructure and information systems
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to the MD and members of the Board, to keep them aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate policies and procedures are developed to meet the company's mission and objectives and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations
• Develop and maintain research and development programmes to ensure that the company remains at the forefront in the industry, applies the most cost effective methods and approaches, provides a leading edge, unique service which ensures the company remains competitive
• Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote our services to a wider market specific audience.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


• The candidate must have college degree esp. related fields
• Must be able to navigate MS Office proficiently
• Good in communication skills in both writing and speaking
• Must at least have 1 year of experience in the same field
• Keen to details
• Can work under pressure
• Effective Team player
