Operation Assitant Manager
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Management/Administration, Engineering (Industrial), Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in warehousing, logistics operations and administration or any related field is required on this position.
Preferably experienced employee in the field of FMCG and E-commerce industry with an area of more than 7,000 square meters; Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
Excellent oral and written communication skills, numeracy and in depth understanding of finance.
Knowledgeable of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse,
People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others
Delegate work and explain ideas, planning and organizing Good Communication skills, with wide network capacity, aggressive and smart.
Proactive and good at problem-solving, has initiative and positive mindset
Job Description:
Oversee the daily operations by ensuring that all personnel are complying with the company's policies, procedures and vision to meet the service commitment to client
Achieve warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer- service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.
Conduct performance management by evaluating and discussing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) results to operations staff and come up with action plans to improve team performance and meet Clients SLA's
Report timely regarding operation activities such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Productivity, Claim and other operational related reports to superiors
Adhere to all warehousing, government and other legal requirements.
Maintain standards of workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building, equipment and stock.
Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
Manage teams of talents and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.
Coordinate with relevant team/department such as Business Development, Implementation, Planning, Finance, HR and IT to support or to be supported towards a goal.
Apply C)T's operational systems such as WMS, TMS and other existing systems into practice
SALARY: MAXIMUM 40,000
