Operation Assistant

We are looking for an Operations Assistant with experience in logistics and customer coordination. This role involves tracking drivers, handling calls, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. Australian experience is preferred but not required. You will be expected to work with various teams, both internal and external, to ensure smooth and effective logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be available to work according to Philippine Time (PHT).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and monitor drivers' schedules, routes, and real-time locations using GPS and other tracking tools.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with clients to provide timely delivery updates.
Manage inbound and outbound calls to support smooth logistics operations and address customer needs promptly.
Keep detailed records of driver activities, delivery statuses, and any issues that arise during delivery.
Follow logistics protocols and best practices to maintain a smooth workflow and minimize delays.
Contribute to process planning and improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a BPO environment, preferably with Australian clients (experience with Australian clients is an advantage but not required).
1 year of experience in logistics, including driver tracking and customer coordination.
Proficient in GPS and other tracking systems to monitor routes and locations.
Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices to effectively manage operations.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with experience in inbound and outbound call handling.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
