- Prepare account technical reports and conduct account technical meetings.
- Conduct product and technical sales presentations.
- Responsible for conducting follow-up services or problem escalation (as needed).
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress in the performance of work and in dealing with customers.
