Onsite Financial Account Customer Service Agent

Details of the offer

As a Financial Account Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting financial accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with account-related inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues. You will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and maintain positive relationships

Qualifications:
At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
24 months CSE/CCE or combined
Must be 21 years old and above only
Must have Original copy of NBI Clearance before start date
Willing to work on site
