Job Description:
The On-Site Administrator provides support and coordination for the effective and consistent application of company policies and procedures to the employees assigned for a respective client. Responsible for responding to employee queries and concerns. Assist to the administration of employees as per the standards of the client where they are assigned. Liaises between the client, other on-site team members and other cross functional teams. Prepares and maintain proper, comprehensive and precise documentation, employees monitoring and other related reports needed in the Business Unit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the proper execution company policies and procedures set by both the company and its client.
2. Achieves efficiency in operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of basic services and handling of employee concerns.
3. Implementation of control and disciplinary measures to be able to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly production targets while ensuring compliance to client's quality standards.

4. Leads all subordinates by example and motivates them to accomplish their daily tasks to support company policies and procedures.
5. Maintains a behavior and level of professionalism worthy of emulations by all company employees and in strict adherence to all company standards.
6. Supports the company and other cross functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Aids and gives suggestions in the continuous improvement and innovation of current work flow, systems, procedures.
8. Responsible for the daily timekeeping reports and attendance
9. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
