JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year degree preferably in Communications, Business Administration, Psychology or any analogous or any equivalent level of experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience with end-to-end recruitment process, people relations, and handling employee concerns.
3. Good communication skills both in writing and oral communication. Good organizational skills.
4. Knowledgeable with MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.).
5. Team Player and can work with minimal supervision
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Onsite Admin provides support and coordination for the effective and consistent application of HR policies and procedures to the employees assigned to a respective client. Responsible for responding to employee queries and concerns. Assist with the administration of employees as per the standards of the client to where they are assigned. Liaises between the client, other on-site team members and other cross-functional teams. Prepares and maintains proper, comprehensive and precise documentation, employee monitoring and other related reports needed in the Business Unit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Achieves efficiency in the operations of the section in support for the HR Department objective, by ensuring that employees concerns and basic services are delivered on time.
· Responsible for the proper execution company policies and procedures set by both the company and its client.
· Achieves efficiency in operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of basic services and handling of employee concerns.
· Implementation of control and disciplinary measures to be able to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly production targets while ensuring compliance to client's quality standards.

· Leads all subordinates by example and motivates them to accomplish their daily tasks to support company policies and procedures.
· Conducts investigation on employees reported infractions and coordinates with client's personnel for joint investigation/queries.
· Analyze data gathered during the investigation and recommend action in accordance with the CRR.
· Monitor daily absences and tardiness of employees, forwards data to the HR department for appropriate action to prevent separation AWOL.
· Coordinates with the client when incidents happen or when infractions have been reported.
· Notes and prepares incident reports for instances where employees are not following company policies and procedures.
· Prepares counseling slip for employees who have been observed to commit repeated acts of a misdemeanor.
· Maintains a behavior and level of professionalism worthy of emulation by all company employees and in strict adherence to all company standards.
· Supports the company and other cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
· Aids and gives suggestions in the continuous improvement and innovation of current work flow, systems, and procedures.
· Responsible for reporting the data required by the clients.
· Attends regular client meetings, conferences and other appointments.
· Responsible for the daily timekeeping reports and attendance.
· Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
