Onsite Admin It (Service Desk) - Eastwood Libis

Job Title: Onsite Admin IT (L2 Support)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Arrangement: ONSITE
Schedule: Graveyard shift
Contract Duration: 1 year
Salary Offer: Php35,000 - Php50,000

Responsibilities: Remotely assist users with desktop, server, printer, and other connected device troubleshooting.Document all work performed through a support ticketing system and effectively track and route incidents to the appropriate teams within IT.Provide Level 2 support for hardware and software issues.Manage user accounts and permissions.Assist with system installations and upgrades.Collaborate with IT teams for incident resolution. Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of technical support experience or relevant experience.Experience and familiarity with ticketing tools or service desk tools.Knowledge of 0365, Active Directory and Exchange.Good to excellent communication skills.A degree in an IT-related field is a plus.Willingness to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.Available to work on a graveyard shift.Open to a 12-month contract.
