Onsite Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling essential financial tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, prepare payments, and maintain accurate vendor records. Ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, posting transactions to the genera ledger, and ensuring data integrity.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring that they are categorized correctly and in line with company policies.
- Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Provide support in other finance-related tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Available to work onsite in Malate, Manila.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
