Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading online beauty retailer based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Use negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
