Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a passionate and resilient Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the online web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel.
3. Train and supervise a team of chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
4. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
6. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent planning and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software.
6. Experience in managing a team of customer service agents.
7. Knowledge of online customer service best practices.
