Expedock is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security
