**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries through our online chat platform. Address all queries related to products, services, and company policies in a clear and concise manner.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer needs and develop solutions to their problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Research:** Conduct in-depth research on specific customer queries and utilize internal resources to provide the most accurate information and solutions.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping:** Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM systems.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all company products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and report on customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to team discussions aimed at enhancing service quality.
- **Feedback Implementation:** Gather and relay customer feedback to senior management, contributing to product and service improvements.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to enhance personal and team performance.

**Requirements:**
- **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or online support role, with a strong understanding of live chat operations.
