Job Description:
BeautyMNL, a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or online chat support.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, order tracking, and general customer service inquiries.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
3. Utilize strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple chats simultaneously and maintain high levels of productivity.
5. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for online chat support.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and quality assurance purposes.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
1. Confident and reliable personality traits to effectively engage with customers and represent the BeautyMNL brand.
2. Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find satisfactory solutions.
3. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple chats efficiently and meet performance metrics.
4. Proficient in written communication to convey information clearly and professionally through online chat.
5. Experience in customer service or online chat support for at least 3 years.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of beauty and wellness products is a plus but not required.
