Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online web chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills to take charge of customer interactions and provide guidance to team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
