Job Description:
As an Online Web Chat Assistant at Workbean, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive online experience for all users.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platform- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless customer interactions- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback- Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Dedication to exceeding customer expectations- Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment- Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required- High school diploma or equivalent
