Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As an Online Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing online support to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to online chat inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about our services and assist clients with scheduling appointments
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online experience for clients
- Keep accurate records of all online interactions and follow up with clients as needed
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Driven and resilient personality traits
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills
- Excellent presentation and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
