**Job Description:**

Humble Sustainability is seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our mission of promoting sustainable practices. This part-time position is perfect for someone independent and energetic, with the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively and creatively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Diagnose and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner, utilizing problem-solving skills and creative approaches.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's commitment to excellence.

3. **Knowledge Management:**
- Maintain and update the knowledge base with frequently asked questions, customer feedback, and common issues to improve response efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to processes or products.

4. **Persuasion and Engagement:**
- Use persuasive communication skills to encourage customers to participate in sustainability initiatives and promote our eco-friendly products.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, fostering a community of environmentally-conscious consumers.

5. **Support Campaigns:**
- Assist in running online campaigns and promotions that highlight our sustainability efforts, ensuring customer involvement.
- Gather feedback from customers to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings.

6. **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor and report on customer interactions, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics, contributing to overall team success.

7. **Collaboration:**
- Work seamlessly with various teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and brainstorm solutions for enhanced customer support.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in an online customer support role, preferably within a sustainability-focused or eco-friendly organization.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in customer service are a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and understanding of social media platforms. Familiarity with sustainability concepts is advantageous.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Able to work autonomously while effectively managing time and priorities.
- Energetic: Passionate about engaging with customers and promoting sustainability initiatives.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Persuasion: Ability to influence and guide customers towards making sustainable choices and utilizing our products/services.
- Creativity: A knack for thinking outside the box to develop unique solutions to customer challenges and concerns.
