**Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries across various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media, regarding products, services, and order issues.
- **Order Management:** Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of Uproot Urban Farms' product offerings, cultivation practices, and sustainability initiatives to provide informed support to customers.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints or product issues effectively while promoting long-term customer satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection:** Implement customer feedback processes to gather insights on areas for improvement, contributing to the enhancement of products and services.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience and communicate any recurring issues or trends.
- **Reporting:** Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues, providing regular reports on customer satisfaction and support trends.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills as well as staying updated on industry trends.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer support or related role, preferably in online or remote settings.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills:**
- **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- **Presentation:** Ability to present information clearly and effectively to customers, making complex concepts simple.
