Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Online Support Officer to join our team at PLDT in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing online support to customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms- Assist customers with technical issues and troubleshoot problems- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or online support- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates- Vision insurance provided- Must be able to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
