Job Description:

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Support Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide online support to customers via various channels such as email, chat, and social media.
2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews online.
5. Identify and escalate any technical issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Work closely with the IT team to improve online support systems and processes.

Requirements:
1. Adaptable and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to customer service.
2. Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in using online support tools and systems.
6. Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus.
