Online Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Support Associate to join our team at Gcash in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Online Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers
- Assist customers with account management and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements:
- Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
