### Job Description:

First Circle is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Online Support Assistant** to join our dynamic team. ### Responsibilities:

As an Online Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries regarding our services.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and guide users through our online tools.

2. **Problem Solving:**
- Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences and improve processes.

3. **Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Document FAQs and guidelines to assist team members and customers in resolving common issues.

4. **Feedback Loop:**
- Gather and report customer feedback to management to support ongoing product improvement.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer insights and potential process enhancements.

5. **Adaptation and Growth:**
- Actively seek opportunities to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and company changes.
- Engage in training activities and ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge related to customer support.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the support team to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.
- Contribute positively to team culture by encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing.

### Requirements:

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- **Education & Experience:**
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an online environment.

- **Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Fast typing skills with proficiency in using communication tools and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of customer support software and online communication platforms.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong critical thinking abilities to effectively evaluate customer issues and determine solutions.
- High adaptability skills to remain flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
