Online Store Specialist

Our Partner Client is a full-service advertising specialties company that offers a wide range of promotional items to help promote products or services. They assist in finding physical products to advertise businesses in a digital age.
As an Online Store Specialist , you will be responsible for the migration of data from existing platform to a new platform in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure a smooth transition of data while maintaining data integrity and security.
This is a full-time role , on a US shift and a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute the platform migration from OMG Commerce to the Liftoff platform
Build and maintain new and old websites
Checks product inventory and listings on an ongoing basis
Provide training and support to end-users on the new platform
Transform data into a format compatible with the new platform
Load data into the new system while ensuring accuracy and completeness
Develop and execute data migration plans and strategies
Map data fields and resolve any data conflicts
Perform data quality checks and validation to ensure successful migration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process
Document data migration processes, procedures, and outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in eCommerce platform migration projects, preferably Liftoff
Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and ETL processes
Experience working with data migration tools and technologies
Ideally knows how to do basic coding
