Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

DMCI is seeking a part-time Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for social media and a willingness to learn is a must.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels- Analyze social media data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements:- Reliable and confident individual who can work independently- Strong people management and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Must be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
