At least 3+ years of experience or supervisory experience

Experience in handling outbound calling, supervisory calls, and escalations

Problem solver and people

pleaserConfident with answering calls, find out customers concerns or issues, offer to fix issues or compensation

Coordinate with CSM and the rest of the team
