What you will do:
Respond to and follow up on negative or positive reviews and comments in real-time

Executing process being done

What we are looking for:
At least 3+ years of experience or supervisory experience

Experience in handling outbound calling, supervisory calls, and escalations

Problem solver and people pleaser

Confident with answering calls, finding out customers' concerns or issues, offering to fix issues or compensationCoordinate with CSM and the rest of the team
