Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Online Operations Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online operations or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the online operations of the company, including website content, social media platforms, and online customer service channels
- Monitor and analyze online performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize online operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online experience for customers
- Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase online engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations to continuously improve processes and strategies
- Provide support for online events, promotions, and initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven experience in online operations or a similar role
- Resourceful and driven with a passion for delivering impactful results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online analytics tools
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
