Job Description:
Penshoppe, a leading fashion retail brand, is seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience in the industry.
Responsibilities:1. Assist in managing the online store operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.2. Optimize product listings and ensure accurate product information and images on the website.3. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.4. Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online promotional campaigns.6. Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries, feedback, and complaints.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the online shopping experience.
Requirements:1. Dedicated and energetic individual with a passion for the fashion industry.2. Strong persuasion skills to drive online sales and customer engagement.3. Excellent planning abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms.5. Strong communication and customer service skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
