**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Online Order Management:**
- Process and monitor incoming online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to manage shipment schedules and resolve any delivery issues.
2. **Customer Service:**
- Provide exemplary customer support through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Analyze feedback from customers to develop strategies for improving service delivery.
3. **Data Management and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of online transactions, customer data, and performance metrics.
- Generate detailed reports on online operations performance and recommend improvements to management.
4. **Project Support:**
- Assist in the planning and execution of online operational projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to facilitate project milestones and deliverables.
5. **Process Improvement:**

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in online operations, e-commerce, or a similar environment.
- **Skills:**
- **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
