Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a resourceful and passionate Online Operations Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, this role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our online platform.

Responsibilities:1. Manage online inventory and product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.2. Monitor and analyze online sales trends and performance metrics.3. Assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve online user experience.5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.6. Support online marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns and social media promotions.7. Assist in the development and implementation of online operational processes.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2. 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.3. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence.4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
