Job Description:
Cropital is looking for a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, resourceful, innovative, and proficient in research.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.- Continuously research and stay updated on Cropital products and services to provide accurate information to customers.- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our products and services.
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software.- Dedicated, resourceful, innovative, and research-oriented.
