Job Description:
Insider is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time position with an opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize resources and tools to efficiently assist customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery and uphold company standards
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers to address their needs effectively
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate feedback to the team
- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and guidelines in all interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
- Resourceful mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cooperation skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional demeanor
