**Job Description:**

Zalora Philippines, a leading online fashion retailer, is seeking a dynamic and confident Online Live Chat Officer to join our customer service team. This part-time position is essential in delivering exceptional customer support through live chat, ensuring that our clients have a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic and adept at managing multiple conversations while providing accurate and timely information.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with customers through the live chat platform, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing product information promptly.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while managing multiple chat sessions efficiently.

2. **Problem Solving:**
- Assess and resolve customer issues effectively, utilizing available tools and resources to provide solutions that align with company policies.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay updated on Zalora's product offerings, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Conduct regular research and review of available resources to deepen product knowledge and company procedures.

4. **Feedback and Reporting:**
- Collect and document customer feedback to assist in improving service and product offerings.
- Compile daily reports on customer interactions and share insights with the management team to facilitate continuous improvement.

5. **Collaborative Support:**
- Work closely with other customer service representatives, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to align with team objectives and best practices.

6. **Adaptability:**
- Adjust communication style and methods to meet the needs of different customers effectively.
- Remain flexible and responsive to changes within the team and company procedures.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably in an online live chat environment.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred but not required.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using live chat software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools to assist customers effectively.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in communication and decision-making.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about engaging with customers and promoting Zalora's brand.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional adaptability in fast-paced environments and willingness to learn.
- Strong research skills to quickly locate and provide necessary information to customers.
