United Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Live Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by providing prompt and effective support through our online chat platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing information about products, services, and policies via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer queries and issues effectively, employing problem-solving skills to resolve concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathetic communication.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Utilize CRM tools and other software to log customer interactions, monitor chat traffic, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

- Assist in creating and updating FAQs and chat scripts, contributing to continuous improvement efforts for response quality.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance personal knowledge and skills, as well as contribute to team goals.
- Monitor and report any trends in customer feedback or inquiries to help the organization improve its offerings.
- Engage in creative problem-solving and negotiation to provide tailored solutions for customers, fostering loyalty and long-term relationships.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communication, customer service, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer service, particularly in a live chat environment.
- Proven ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and concisely.
- Resourceful mindset with a proactive approach to solving customer issues.
- High level of creativity and adaptability in addressing diverse customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of finding mutually beneficial solutions for customers and the company.
- Experience with CRM systems and live chat software.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
