Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, driven, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide online live chat support to customers in a professional and courteous manner- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online live chat role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
