Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat on our website to provide assistance and support
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
