Job Description:
MadEats is seeking a talented and experienced Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the MadEats website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Create engaging content for social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure MadEats remains competitive in the online space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving online traffic and conversions
- Resourceful and independent with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Creative thinker with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and MailChimp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
