Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have strong persuasion and presentation skills, and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with technical issues related to our online learning platform
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Energetic and reliable personality traits
- Persuasion and presentation soft skills
