Job Description:
Peddlr is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resourceful, with strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and assist with order processing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in customer support roles
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
