Job Description:

Peddlr is seeking a highly skilled Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles. The Online Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online customer support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing leadership and guidance to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in customer support roles
- Resourceful and resilient personality traits
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
- Experience managing a team of customer support representatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
